Freedom is a MINDSET - side table and photograph

This table will be part of the Euphoria of colours exhibition at the Espacio gallery in London, from the 22nd till the 27th of July.

Freedom is a MINDSET is a unique high table created in direct response to the powerful photograph by David from Photoglory. This collaborative artwork brings together visual storytelling and functional design to form a one-of-a-kind piece of art furniture.

Standing at 86cm tall with a diameter of approximately 40cm, the table features a striking tartan tabletop—an intentional reflection of the patterned headwear worn by the man in the photograph. This connection creates a strong visual thread between image and object. At the base, subtle camouflage detailing echoes the man’s trousers, reinforcing the thoughtful style choices portrayed in the portrait.

Painted onto the sturdy table leg are the words: “Freedom is a MINDSET”—a direct reference to the message behind the photograph. The man’s deliberate outfit and posture are a statement of identity, resilience, and intention. This high table captures that essence, making it not just a piece of furniture, but a sculptural conversation between photography and craftsmanship.
